2 shipments were made in early April to Gil Tahal on NET 1 DAY TERMS. He was informed of our return policy and we followed up with him when he received the parts. He never mentioned any problems with parts and promised payment. Days past and the excuses of payments began with "he will make sure Accounting pays but it's not him that makes payments, etc..." Then after 30 days he sends an email that his end user is rejecting parts. No failure report was given and now he says that he is the one that makes payments and will not do so as parts are being returned to him. After several requests for failure reports and reminder that he is now over our return policy limit we reported him to ERAI. He now has come up with a report and the parts are fine and function. His complaint is that they are d/c 97. He never mentioned a date code restriction!!!! We are owed $15,528.00 and he is being turned over to collections. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS BUYER AND COMPANY.

terms were net 10 !
parts were deliverd not accurding to DC restrictions (On the PO and mail)
MRB reports was issue to the ERAI.
so ...cut the b ...
This vendor deliverd 300 pcs - ok, and the balance not accurding to my
request .
we are not paying if parts were rejected !!
we are paying to all of our vendor in the USA and i have all the proof
PS - this vendor deliver not once , but 3 time defected parts .
be ware from him !

Fact :
1 - PO was 12 k
2 -they do not know how to read PO,S (Notes),terms (net 10) and DC
3 - 300 deliverd and paid by us .
4 - 2588 pcs deliverd not accurding to my request (DC 99-00 ONLY)
5 - parts were rejected .(i have profs in writing !!)
7-chased them weeks to get answers about what going on -there answers was : price gone - up...Intresting
8-due to his complaine in the ERAI all contact will be done only via
this Organization .
9-they did not mantion when we purchase in the past from them - we paid
on time !
10-there parts has lots of QA problems .
