| :shock: 4 parts were shipped in December 2004 on Net 1 Day terms. WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT. We continue to receive promises of payment with no end result. The account is being turned over to Collections. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THAT LISTS THEIR REQUIREMENTS ON HOBID... THEY WILL NOT PAY!!!!!!!!!!! |

The payment was sent yesterday but money will be available in 48 hours from that date on. This company forgot to say the whole history.
In December we bought some items from them about 10 items. At the shipment's time the guys over there told me all the goods were ready for shipment but when I received the material only 4 items were shipped. I tried to contact them for so many times but there were no response. Due this delay Mic Suporte was forced to postpone the delivery date for final product to our customer and this brought to us an additional cost of $3,200. Besides this I make the offer to my customer based on their prices and we had to re-buy items more expensive than U.Rpm and of course this brings additional costs to us.
Imagine the situation, they shipped $2,500 in goods and we were fined in $3,200 + raw material difference.
Why did they not call us to say anything ?
Our company has been delivering our goods services to many customers in Brazil and this never happened before. |
