Last year we purchased some 10-15k STK4392 from KK Global in China, and they claimed all parts are coming from Japan. However, when our customer got the shipment, they found the parts are not the same as what they bought before. Further checked with Sanyo sales office to dicover STK4392 actually phased out quite sometime. When we contacted KK Global , they insisted the parts are coming from Japan, but afterwards admitted that they are getting from a Japanese company , who's manger worked for Sanyo before and copy this STK4392 specification and make themselves.
We talked to KK Global since this is NOT original Sanyo made products , and while our customer is willing to accept this, but at a cheaper price. KK Global should return us the differences. KK Global insists the parts are original and refused to do so.
KK Global said their HQ in Korea but when we asked for details, They refused to provide.
We requested them to return the difference of us$ 5000.00 |
